Project Engineering

  • Coordination of signalling design activities throughout all project stages (feasibility, outline, detailed and commissioning).
  • Supporting as primary engineering interface to clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, providing technical leadership and assurance.
    Assuring design deliverables comply with relevant Railway Group, Network Rail standards and project specifications.
  • Managing multidisciplinary design resources, timescales, and budgets to deliver integrated projects effectively.
  • Supporting project risk management, hazard identification, and safety assurance activities.
  • Undertaking of independent design reviews and technical governance to maintain quality and integrity.
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary interfaces (track, electrification, telecoms, civils) to ensure integrated project solutions.
